Book your next appointment while you're here, or call (416) 555-0134 as soon as you can. Late or missed visits can add time to your treatment.
Bring with you
- Any appliances you have: retainers, headgear or elastics. We check the fit each visit.
- Clean teeth. Brush at home or at our brushing station.

- See your dentist for a check-up and cleaning at least every 6 months.
