Privacy policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Afterchair is a product by Mokline LLC (“Mokline”, “we”, “us”), and this policy explains how we handle information. In short: patients can use a guide without telling us anything about themselves, and we collect only what we need to serve your practice.
Patients who open a guide
- No accounts, no sign-up, no forms, and no cookies.
- We don’t collect names, health information or anything else that identifies a patient.
- We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or store personal data. It records the page, the referring site, the country and the device type, so we can see which guides get opened.
- The brushing and elastics trackers and the chosen language are saved only on the patient’s own phone. They never reach us.
Practices
- When you sign up, we keep your practice’s name, contact details and the handouts and branding you send us, so we can build and support your guide.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Visitors to this website
This site uses the same cookie-free analytics as the guides.
Where data is stored
The site and guides are hosted by Vercel, and payments are handled by Stripe. Both may process data outside Canada, under their own privacy and security commitments.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep practice information while your plan is active and as long as tax and accounting law requires after that. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and tell active practices by email.
