Terms of service

Last updated October 13, 2026

Afterchair is a product by Mokline LLC (“Mokline”, “we”, “us”). These terms are between your practice and Mokline LLC, and cover your use of Afterchair. We’ve kept them short and in plain language. By signing up, you agree to them.

What we provide

We turn your practice’s aftercare handouts into a phone-friendly guide with your branding, which patients open from a link or QR code. We host the guide, print your chairside QR cards and update the guide when your handouts change.

Refunds and cancelling

Patient privacy

The guides don’t collect patient information: no accounts, no forms, no names. Please don’t send us patient information. Our privacy policy has the details.

Availability

We work to keep guides online at all times, but we can’t promise they’ll never be interrupted. Your printed handouts remain your backup.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
